Add the wheatgrass juice or supplement to your daily food habit to cleanse and detoxify your body and also get incredible boost in your energy level that has been known to cure so many types of disorders in your body. An important disease that the wheatgrass helps your body fight is cancer. Researches have found that rich content of oxygen in blood can help the body destroy the growing malignant cells at the initial stage. And if oxygen is seen as the bullet to destroy the cancer cells, then the wheatgrass supplements or juice should be seen as the source of the bullets and the gun that help shoot the cancer cells in your body.

A study at the University of California showed that wheatgrass contains an enzyme (P4D1) capable of repairing faulty DNA. That is really wonderful. Thus taking wheatgrass juice or tablets or supplements actually boost your immune system and your body possesses tremendous power of healing.

In another study report submitted by the Journal on Mutation Research has found that chlorophyll has anticancer elements in it. The chlorophyll has ingredients like vitamin C, E, A and B along with beta carotene. These elements are proven ingredients that act as effective ant-mutagenic elements. Now the rich content of chlorophyll in wheatgrass juice can in-fact boost the immune system of your body to fight cancer cells. For this very reason it is promoted by naturopaths and researchers to make a habit of taking wheatgrass supplements in our diet.

The wheatgrass is a powerhouse of different forms of vitamins, minerals, nutrients and chlorophyll. The chlorophyll content is enough to promote individuals to have wheatgrass juice or powder everyday. Since it contains 70% of chlorophyll it can provide great energizing effect and boost to immune system to your body. Thus we see how wheatgrass and its supplements are highly beneficial to our bodies specially to fight malignant cells.
